Section 1680-06-02-.02 - APPLICABILITYThese Rules apply to:
(1) Programs or projects undertaken by the Department with or without federal financial assistance;(2) Programs or projects undertaken by local agencies with federal or state financial assistance administered by or through the Department; and(3) Programs or projects undertaken by persons with federal financial assistance administered by or through the Department.Tenn.
