Section 1680-05-04-.06 - DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF SERVICE(1) A design-build project shall be designed and constructed as described in the RFP. Through the RFP, the design-builder's specific scope of work will be defined in detail on a project-by-project basis.(2) A tentative general scope of work will be described as part of the RFQ in a two-phase selection process.Tenn.
