Section 1680-02-04-.14 - AUTOMOTIVE DISMANTLERS AND RECYCLERS(1) All the provisions of these rules are applicable to automotive dismantlers and recyclers. However, the permit and fee requirement of rule 1680-2-4-.11 shall not apply to such establishments licensed by the State of Tennessee pursuant to T.C.A. §§ 55-17-109(b) and 55-17-109(a)(6).Tenn.
