Section 1680-02-04-.12 - TEMPORARY STORAGE(1) Any site or facility located within the control area, which is maintained or operated by an establishment or place of business for the temporary storage of junk pending disposition as a normal part of the operation, when like materials will continue to be located on the premises, shall be subject to all of the provisions of these rules.Tenn.
