Section 1680-01-01-.08 - GENERAL PROVISIONS(1) REVOCATION.-The failure on the part of any carrier to comply with any of these rules and regulations will be sufficient cause for the Bureau, in its discretion, to revoke a certificate. These rules and regulations are for general application and are subject to such changes and modifications as the Bureau, from time to time, may determine advisable, and also subject to such exceptions as may be considered just and reasonable by the Bureau in individual cases.(2) EXISTING CERTIFICATES RECOGNIZED.-It shall not be necessary for the holder of any certificate of convenience and necessity on November 1, 1972, to make application for a new certificate of convenience and necessity over the same route under these rules. Provided further, however, nothing in these rules shall be construed as in any manner restricting or abridging the power of the Bureau over said certificates of convenience and necessity.Tenn. Comp.
