Section 1640-01-31-.06 - RETENTION OF AWARDS(1) To remain eligible for a Dual Enrollment Grant the student must continue to meet the minimum requirements pursuant to T.C.A. § 49-4-930.(2) The cumulative GPA used to determine eligibility for a renewal of a Dual Enrollment Grant must be calculated by the institution the student is attending, utilizing its institutional grading policy on an A through F scale, and must be based on all dual enrollment credit hours attempted under a Dual Enrollment Grant. For students enrolled at a TCAT, satisfactory academic progress satisfies the cumulative GPA requirement in T.C.A. § 49-4-930.Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1640-01-31-.06
