Section 1640-01-30-.01 - PURPOSE AND SCOPE(1) The purpose of these rules is to establish procedures regarding public records requests received by the Tennessee Student Assistance Corporation, and to provide economical and efficient access to Public Records subject to the Tennessee Public Records Act or "TPRA" in Tennessee Code Annotated §§ 10-7-501, et seq.Tenn.
