Section 1320-08-07-.01 - APPLICATION

In the event any license plate(s) shall be lost, stolen, destroyed, mutilated or so damaged as to be illegible, the person who is the holder of the valid and outstanding Tennessee registration identifying such plate(s) shall make immediate application to the County Court Clerk for replacement thereof.
