Section 1320-08-04-.04 - DEATH OF A RECIPIENT

Upon the death of a recipient of a Purple Heart special plate, the plate shall be surrendered to the local county clerk. A regular plate may be obtained by a surviving spouse for the remainder of that year without payment of an additional fee.
