Section 1320-04-03-.13 - VOLUME DISCOUNTS

If any distributor or dealer offers price discounts based on the volume of items purchased, and if cigarettes are included in those items purchased, the selling price of the cigarettes shall not used to determine the volume of items purchased for purposes of calculating volume discounts.
