Section 1200-32-01-.05 - COMPLAINTS(1) Any person wishing to file a complaint against any person or public place where smoking is prohibited for not complying with the provisions of this Act may do so in one of the following ways:(a) By a telephone call to the Department; or(b) By submitting a complaint via the Internet; or(c) In writing to the Department.Tenn.
