Section 1200-28-01-.02 - DEFINITIONS(1) The term "nursing home" shall have the same meaning as that found at T.C.A. §68-11- 201(13).(2) The term "commissioner" means the Commissioner of the Department of Health or his designee.(3) The term "department" means the Department of Health.(4) The term "beds" means licensed nursing home beds physically located in Tennessee and excluding beds specifically certified as intermediate care beds for the mentally retarded.Tenn.
