Section 1200-14-05-.04 - POTENTIALLY LIFE-THREATENING DISEASES TO WHICH ERE'S MAY BE EXPOSED

(1) Airborne Diseases:

1) Infectious pulmonary tuberculosis (disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis),

(2) Bloodborne Diseases:

1) Hepatitis B and (2) Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection (including the Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome or AIDS).
