Section 1200-13-19-.23 - CLERICAL MISTAKES

Prior to any appeal being perfected by either party to Chancery Court, clerical mistakes in orders or other parts of the record, and errors of oversight or omission may be corrected by the Administrative Judge or the Commissioner's Designee at any time on his own initiative or on motion of any party and after such notice, if any, as the Administrative Judge or Commissioner's Designee may require. The entry of a corrected order does not affect the dates of the original appeal time period.
