Section 1200-13-06-.03 - EXTENT OF REIMBURSEMENT TO BE DETERMINED BY THE DEPARTMENT

The reimbursable costs of institutions rendering Level I nursing facility services shall be reimbursable by each recipient and the State to the extent determined by the Department with the remainder not allowable as outside support from any other source available to the provider. The provider shall be limited to reimbursable per diem rate as determined by the Comptroller as the maximum it may collect from both sources for program services.
