Section 1200-12-06-.01 - RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BOARD CHAIRPERSON(1) The Board shall annually elect from its members a Board Chairperson, or at the next board meeting as a vacancy occurs or as a term expires, who shall preside at all Board meetings.(2) The Chairperson is authorized to call and schedule such meetings as necessary to conduct the business of the Board and to certify the actions of the Board.(3) In the absence of the duly elected chairperson, the Board may elect a Chairperson pro tem, who may preside over that meeting and certify the actions or orders from that meeting.Tenn.
