Section 1200-03-27-.01 - DEFINITIONS(1) For the purpose of this rule, the following definitions apply:(a) "Facility" means any source or group of sources located within a contiguous area, and under common control.(b) "Nitrogen Oxides" means all oxides of nitrogen except nitrous oxide.(2) The definitions in Chapter 1200-03-02 apply for those terms not defined in Chapter 1200-03-27.Tenn.
