Section 1120-11-.01 - APPEAL(1) A preferred service employee who is dismissed, involuntarily demoted, or suspended may file an appeal concerning the merits of the disciplinary action.(2) An executive service employee does not have standing to file an appeal under this chapter.Tenn.
