Section 1120-04-.13 - SALARY ADJUSTMENTS

The Commissioner shall establish a policy for adjusting an employee's salary rate based on equity or for permanently assuming duties of greater scope and complexity. Subject to budgetary limitations, the Commissioner may approve such permanent salary adjustments based upon justification submitted by the Appointing Authority.
