Section 1000-05-.04 - REINSTATEMENT(1) Any person seeking reinstatement of a certification after the expiration date of the certification is required to reapply for certification, fulfill all of the requirements of initial certification, show proof of having completed all past due continuing education, and may be required to submit proof of additional education or testing to show continued competency.Tenn.
