Section 1000-01-.15 - DENIAL, AND REINSTATEMENT OF APPROVAL OF A SCHOOL OF NURSING(1) A school of nursing denied approval or given less than full approval may appeal that decision. All such actions shall be in accordance with due process rights.(2) The Board may reinstate approval if the school of nursing submits evidence of compliance with nursing education standards within the specified time frame.Tenn.
