Section 0780-01-83-.15 - IMPAIRED EMPLOYERSIf an Employer has become an Impaired Employer as determined by the Commissioner, the Commissioner shall protect the Employees of such Employer by promptly:
(1) Calling the security deposit and placing the funds in an account identifying the Impaired Employer; and(2) Begin paying benefits out of the Impaired Employer's account under the authority of this Rule or as directed by the court that takes jurisdiction of the funds under applicable law.Tenn.
