Section 0780-01-65-.21 - SEVERABILITY PROVISION

If any Rule or portion of a Rule of this Chapter or its applicability to any person or circumstance is held invalid by a court, the remainder of the Chapter or the applicability of the provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected.

Original rule filed August 6, 2009; effective November 4, 2009. Rule was previously numbered 0780-01-65-.20 but was renumbered 0780-01-65-.21 with the introduction of a new rule 0780-01-65-.16 filed June 28, 2018; effective 9/26/2018.
