Section 0780-01-63-.02 - PURPOSE

The purpose of this chapter is to set forth rules and procedural requirements that the commissioner deems necessary to carry out the provisions of T.C.A. §§ 56-2-208 and 56-2-209. The actions and information required by this chapter are hereby declared to be necessary and appropriate in the public interest and for the protection of the ceding insurers and policyholders in this state.
