Section 0780-01-55-.03 - REGISTRATION REQUIRED(1) No person shall act as, offer to act as, or advertise any service as a navigator, a certified application counselor or a certified application counselor organization in this state unless the individual or entity is registered with the commissioner pursuant to this rule.(2) A person that is a navigator, a certified application counselor or a certified application counselor organization is subject to regulation by the commissioner.Tenn.
