Section 0780-01-24-.06 - DUTIES OF ALL INSURERSEach insurer shall:
(1) Inform its field representatives or other personnel responsible for compliance with this rule of the requirements of this rule.(2) Require with or as a part of each completed application for life insurance a statement signed by the applicant as to whether or not such proposed insurance will replace existing life insurance.Tenn.
