Section 0780-01-08-.18 - SEVERABILITY PROVISION

If any Rule or portion of a Rule of this Chapter, or the applicability thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid by a court, the remainder of the rules, or the applicability of such provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby.
