Section 0780-01-07-.01 - DEFINITIONS(1) Lender, as used in these rules, shall mean mortgagee and/or servicing agent of the mortgagee, provided the servicing agent is bound by the requirements approved by the mortgagee.(2) Borrower, as used in these rules shall mean mortgagor.(3) Commissioner, as used in these rules, shall mean the Commissioner of Insurance and Banking.Tenn.
