As provided in T.C.A. 13-2213, the Corporation may require, during the course of rehabilitation, temporary vacation of the premises which is, or is proposed to be, the subject of THRC mortgage insurance, if such vacation is found to be necessary in order to complete the rehabilitation. Any persons required to vacate shall have the right to reinstatement therein after the rehabilitation has been completed.
