Following the allocation of funds to local housing programs, the agency may determine the amount remaining for the demonstration program. At that time the agency may seek applications for funding for housing activities. Applications will be funded based on a list of competitive criteria, including but not limited to: service to a special need group, incomes of households to be served, price of housing to be used, and the amount of private funding involved. Each applicant will be restricted to a maximum amount to be set by the agency.
