Section 0770-01-04-.09 - COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER REGULATIONS

Where a housing development financed by an Agency mortgage loan is federally insured or otherwise assisted, or aided by the Federal government, the Agency will adhere to applicable Federal Regulations, as provided in Rule 0770-1-1-.05 of these Regulations.
