Section 0420-01-03-.09 - REQUESTS FOR COPIES FOLLOWING INSPECTION

The PRD shall not assess a charge to inspect public records, unless otherwise required by law. However, if the requesting party, after requesting to inspect public records, requests copies of public records, the PRD shall charge the requesting party for all production costs.
