Section 0360-03-01-.43 - MINE AND TUNNEL RESCUER(1) A Mine and Tunnel Rescuer s hall successfully complete a Commission-approved training program compliant with the NFPA 1006, Standard for Technical Rescue Professional Qualifications.(2) A Mine and Tunnel Rescuer shall pass the examination(s) for Mine and Tunnel Rescuer as promulgated by the Commission.Tenn.
