Section 0250-07-06-.04 - WAIVERS TO PLAN OF OPERATION(1) The Commissioners may waive any of the requirements of the Plan of Operation where such waiver would be of advantage to the public welfare and would not otherwise have a detrimental effect on the health, safety and welfare of the public.Tenn.
