Section 74:55:02:04 - Reporting requirements for Class V wells

The owner or operator of a Class V well shall, within 30 days of completion, notify the secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources of the existence of any well meeting the definitions of Class V under the owner's or operator's control and shall submit the inventory information on forms provided by the secretary.
