Reports of results obtained pursuant to any monitoring requirements in the discharge plan and the methods used to obtain these results shall be periodically submitted to the secretary according to the schedule specified in the approved groundwater discharge plan. After giving written notice, the secretary may require any facility which possesses a groundwater discharge plan to use a laboratory once a year other than the one it normally uses to perform its required periodic sampling analyses. The analyses performed by the alternative laboratory shall include all of the sample analyses that are performed on routine sampling, whether the sampling is required to be conducted hourly, daily, monthly, quarterly, semiannually, or annually.
