Section 74:53:05:04 - Inspections required - Defects to be corrected

Field inspections of public water supplies shall be made by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. The department shall notify the appropriate officials of insanitary features with recommendations for correction. Sanitary defects must be corrected as far and as rapidly as practicable.
