Section 74:53:05:02 - Written approval of plans and specifications required

The written approval of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources is required for features of sanitary significance of plans and specifications for new or materially altered public water supply. Plans and specifications shall be submitted as prescribed by chapter 74:53:04.
