Section 74:53:04:04 - Disposition of approved plans and specifications

One complete set of approved plans and specifications becomes the property of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and one complete approved set shall be returned as directed by the owner or the owner's representative. If additional approved sets are desired by the owner, the required number shall be submitted to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources for approval and return.
