Section 74:53:04:02 - Plans and specifications to be prepared by competent persons

Plans and specifications must be prepared by a person or persons qualified under SDCL 36-18 pertaining to the registration and certification of engineers, architects, and land surveyors. The seal of registration must be imprinted on all plans and specifications.
