Section 74:53:02:09 - Penalty provisions for noncompliance

An installer in noncompliance with the requirements of this chapter may be subject to the penalty provisions of SDCL 34A-2. These provisions may be pursued either independently or concurrently with the suspension or revocation procedures in § 74:53:02:07.
