Section 74:53:02:02 - Certification required

No installer may engage in the business of the installation of individual or small on-site wastewater systems without first obtaining a certificate to conduct such activities pursuant to this chapter. All individual or small on-site wastewater system installations shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of chapter 74:53:01.
