Section 74:51:01:58 - Water resource enhancement or restoration projects - Use of toxic pollutants

Toxic pollutants established under §§ 74:51:01:32 and 74:51:01:44 to 74:51:01:55, inclusive, may be present in surface waters of the state for the purpose of water resource enhancement or restoration if the overall goals of the project justify the short-term detriment.
