Section 74:51:01:38 - Antidegradation of water quality review for nonpoint source discharges to waters of the state

Nonpoint sources shall be reviewed as feasible by the board. Nonpoint source discharges shall be controlled utilizing cost-effective methods and reasonable best management practices.
