Section 74:36:21:01 - Applicability

The provisions of this chapter apply to the owner or operator of a new major source, modification to a major source, and a BART-eligible source. The provisions of this chapter do not apply to a major source or major modification to an existing source applicable to chapters 74:36:09 and 74:36:10.
