Section 74:36:20:16 - Administrative permit amendment

An administrative permit amendment may be issued for a revision to an operating permit meeting the requirements of § 74:36:01:03. An application for an administrative permit amendment shall contain a description of the change and documentation supporting the applicant's claim that the revision qualifies as an administrative permit amendment.
