Section 74:36:08:121 - National emission standards for aluminum, copper, and other nonferrous foundry area sources

The national emission standards for aluminum, copper, and other nonferrous foundry area sources are those in 40 C.F.R. § 63, Subpart ZZZZZZ (July 1, 2018). A source that operates a unit subject to Subpart ZZZZZZ is exempt from the obligation to obtain a Part 70 operating permit if the source is not required to obtain a Part 70 operating permit for a reason other than the source is subject to Subpart ZZZZZZ. Exempted sources must still meet the applicable requirements in Subpart ZZZZZZ.
