Section 74:36:08:114 - National emission standards for wood preserving area sources

The national emission standards for wood preserving area sources are those in 40 C.F.R. § 63, Subpart QQQQQQ (July 1, 2018). A source that operates a unit subject to Subpart QQQQQQ is exempt from the obligation to obtain a Part 70 operating permit if the source is not required to obtain a Part 70 operating permit for a reason other than the source is subject to Subpart QQQQQQ. Exempted sources must still meet the applicable requirements in Subpart QQQQQQ.
