Except as provided in subdivision 74:36:07:126(2), the owner or operator shall keep for at least five years up-to-date, readily accessible records of all collection and control system monitoring data for parameters measured in § 74:36:07:117. Any records required to be maintained and submitted electronically via the EPA's Central Data Exchange may be maintained in electronic format. If the owner or operator is reporting leachate or other liquids addition, keep records of any engineering calculations or company records used to estimate the quantities of leachate or liquids added, the surface areas for which the leachate or liquids were applied, and the estimates of annual waste acceptance or total waste in place in the areas where leachate or liquids were applied.
