Section 74:36:07:13 - Standards of performance for storage vessels of petroleum liquids constructed after May 18, 1978, and before July 24, 1984

The standards of performance for storage vessels of petroleum liquids constructed after May 18, 1978, and before July 24, 1984, are those in 40 C.F.R. § 60, Subpart Ka ( July 1, 2018). A source that operates a unit subject to Subpart Ka is exempt from the obligation to obtain a Part 70 operating permit if the unit is not required to install controls and if the source is not required to obtain a Part 70 operating permit for a reason other than the source is subject to Subpart Ka . Exempted sources must still meet the applicable requirements in Subpart Ka.
